Sleeping Capacity
Sleeps up to 6, with 2 bed spaces in each bedroom.
Beds are interchangeable as doubles or twins. Cot hire available by
arrangement.
Bedrooms
3 bedrooms. Each of the three bedrooms leads directly
onto a sun terrace. Beds in each bedroom can be made up as twins or
doubles. Each bedroom has comfortable bedroom chairs, and generous
storage and hanging space with built in wardrobes, cupboards, and drawers.
Each bed has a bedside table and lamp. All bedrooms have metal roller
shutters to keep out the early morning light. Quilts are available
for cooler winter evenings.
Master bedroom
En-suite bathroom. French style doors opening onto a private sun
terrace with fantastic views. A safe is available for the security
of valuables.
Second bedroom
French style doors opening onto the south facing main sun terrace
with fantastic views.
Third bedroom
French style doors opening onto a Juliet balcony, with views over
colourful landscaped gardens towards the swimming pool.
Bathrooms
2 luxuriously fitted bathrooms.
Master bedroom en-suite bathroom
Luxuriously fitted with a bath (shower over), toilet, ‘his and
hers’ washbasins, bidet, and heated towel rail. It also benefits
from a wonderful view over the historic tower.
Second bathroom
State-of-the-art corner shower, stylish washbasin, toilet, and heated
towel rail. Both bathrooms have plenty of storage space for toiletries.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted and leads to a utility room. Dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob with extractor, toaster, kettle,
and a good selection of crockery, utensils, and glasses. English instructions
are provided for all appliances.
Utility Room
Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board & iron, hoover.
English instructions are provided for all appliances.
Living/Dining Rooms
The lounge/dining room includes a large dining table for six, comfortable
seating, display unit, and a widescreen tv and entertainment system
with various DVD’s. A good choice of TV channels is available.
French style doors lead to the main sun terrace with fantastic views.
Other
- 2 sun terraces (lounge + bedrooms 1&2) and a Juliet balcony
(bedroom 3).
With a table and 6 chairs on the main sun terrace, you may be tempted
to relax with a chilled glass of wine or dine al fresco.
- Guests have use of the apartment storeroom – perfect for
storing golf clubs.
- The entrance hall has a push button videophone entry system for
visitors.
- Double glazing throughout.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service
All linen, towels (including beach towels) are provided free of charge.
You will find the apartment cleaned to the highest standard.
No exit cleaning charge. For multiple week bookings, a clean set of
towels and linen is provided free of charge at the end of each
week. Additional towel/linen changes, cleaning or maid service
is available by request and chargeable.
Notes on accommodation
- Air conditioning throughout. Heating available.
- The apartment is situated on the second floor of three and has
a reserved underground car parking space. In close proximity to the
car parking space, a lift will take you to the front door on the
first floor. A remote control will open the entrance gate to the
parking area.
- Suitable for children.
- 24 hour security.
